Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer in-house alternations, however, if you ever need alterations, we are happy to recommend some trusted local businesses to you.
We have so many options for you to help make purchases your dress as easy as possible. For custom dresses, we do recommend coming into our store in Ipswich, however, we have many options in our online store that may suit your needs. All items include free shipping.
We sure do! We accept cancellations of requested within 12 hours of purchase. We do offer returns and refunds for our bridal accessories within 30 days of initial purchase.

Our store is located in Carla’s home on Jacaranda Street, North Booval – Ipswich. We have a beautiful space for you to try on dresses and talk through your ideas.

We’re always happy to answer any general questions you might have about your wedding day and our services, however, if you’re starting to look at customising your wedding look and locking in some ideas, we’d suggest you head to booking page and come see us for a free dress consultation.
To book, simply head to our bookings page where you can select multiple services, all costs and timeframes are conveniently listed on this page. You can also make payments for services online when booking.
For online store purchases, we offer Credit Card, PayPal and AfterPay.
Having your dress professionally dry cleaned is the best assurance that all stains and oils are removed. If dry cleaning can’t be done immediately, be sure to place your gown in a cloth garment bag, not a plastic one, to allow the dress to breathe properly.
