Initial Appointment Collaborate on your ideal style. You can bring designs/ideas of your own or work with Carla to make the dress of your dreams a reality.

Step2

The Details
Confirming measurements, costs, timeframes. Feel confident with what booking our services will look like for you. A deposit will be taken at this appointment.

Step3

Final Fitting
Your dress has arrived! This appointment is your opportunity to talk about the accessories you’ll need to compliment your dress. Remaining fees are paid and you can take your beautiful dress home with you!

Your Wedding Day!
This step is simple.
Make memories that will last a lifetime in a dress that makes you feel confident and radiant.

FAQs

How long will my order take to arrive?

For “off-the-rack” purchases from our website, allow 1-2 weeks for standard shipping. For in-store custom designs, allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be made.

Do you have a Returns Policy?

We sure do! We accept cancellations of requested within 12 hours of purchase. We do offer returns and refunds for our bridal accessories within 30 days of initial purchase.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • custom/ready-made gowns or sale items.
  • soiled or damaged items (i.e. the item isn’t in its original conditional from purchase)

Please note that all return shipping fees are at own cost.

If you’re ever unhappy with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we’ll do what we can to make sure your wedding is as stress-free as possible.

Do you do dress alterations?

Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer in-house alternations, however, if you ever need alterations, we are happy to recommend some trusted local Ipswich businesses to you.

Do you have payment plans?

We offer AfterPay to help you get the dress of your dreams and stay within your budget.

Something to note is that payments for wedding dresses are made at different points in the process. For your order to be placed, a 1/3 cost deposit is needed. Remaining money is only due when your dress has arrived.
