For “off-the-rack” purchases from our website, allow 1-2 weeks for standard shipping. For in-store custom designs, allow 6-8 weeks for your order to be made.
We sure do! We accept cancellations of requested within 12 hours of purchase. We do offer returns and refunds for our bridal accessories within 30 days of initial purchase.

Something to note is that payments for wedding dresses are made at different points in the process. For your order to be placed, a 1/3 cost deposit is needed. Remaining money is only due when your dress has arrived.
